Summary 

 

An award-winning creative director and artist who has created advertising campaigns for some of the most iconic brands in the world. Bloomingdale’s, Godiva Chocolates, The Home Depot, Lord & Taylor, Revlon cosmetics and Macy’s to name a few. I have now returned to my first passion of painting.

Earned a double major in Painting & Drawing and Art Education from Northern Illinois University.After graduating I studied at the Art Institute of Chicago and taught art in the public-school system before entering the field of advertising.  At that time my work was shown in Chicago galleries and my design work and advertising campaigns appeared in national advertising publications.

Advertising and design awards include more than 100 national American Advertising Awards (ADDYs), Best of the West, Communication Arts, Marketing Award for Excellence & Innovation (MAXI), and Effie awards.

 

A Brief History: 

Independent Creative Director and Brand Strategist / Tampa, FL. 2015 - 2020 Creative direction of national print advertising, digital media, broadcast and brand positioning.

PureRed / Charlotte, NC VP Creative Director 2009 - 2015 PureRed is a full-service advertising agency with offices in Atlanta, Dallas, San Francisco, and Charlotte.  

Eddie Bauer / Seattle WA. VP Creative Director  2007 - 2009 Eddie Bauer is a tri-channel $1 billion apparel retailer operating 376 stores throughout the US and Canada plus catalog and e-com operations in the US, Canada, Japan, and Germany.  

Schawk - Anthem Worldwide / Chicago & Atlanta Group Creative Director / Brand Concept and Development 2003 - 2007 Schawk is a worldwide provider of brand development and brand deployment services.  

Infinitee Advertising / Atlanta, GA.     VP Creative Director        1997 – 2003 The firm specialized in strategic marketing solutions for major retailers, business to business, health care, and consumer businesses.  Focused extensively on brand positioning and repositioning for clients.
